My cat never miaows for food but she stares very deeply into my eyes until I give her some Dreamies.

Dogs look at you sadly until you give them a biscuit. Cats try to hypnotise you; “You WILL give me some treats.”

One of our cats gives a very insistent miaow by the food bowl when he wants feeding.

The other doesn't miaow, just comes up and rubs his nose around my legs for a minute or so then leads the way to the food bowl.

My cat creases me up most days.

Apart from the days where I have to email people and apologise for him. Then he is just embarrassing.

Well Clover, he does things like enter empty houses which estate agents are trying to conduct viewings on and then refuses to leave.

That was this week's incident, anyway.

One of my cats is far cleverer than she looks, if she wants anything she sits on my laptop keyboard. If that's not open then I get the back-up method - claw in my leg.

Mine, he's not even my cat, he belongs to my son, he just tries tries to kill me.
