You've probably got enough on your c.v. already to enable you to obtain a relevant position in tourism management, so my advice would be to go for the option which adds the most diversity to your learning. (i.e. 'Intercultural Studies on Literature and Culture').
However, as with all studying, it shouldn't only be about employment opportunities anyway. If you're going to be devoting a year or two (or more) to studying something, the last thing you want to do is to choose something that will leave you bored out of your mind. If you do, you'll just be wasting part of your life and you probably won't do particularly well at it anyway. So go for what you think you'd ENJOY most!
BTW: I'm green with envy! Bergamo is a fantastic city!
