So in december 2019 before corona my life was pretty ***. I was broke and on the streets because i didnt pay rent. Pretty much spent everything on drugs and alcohol. It was the lowest point in my life and i hadnt even turned 21 years old yet. I would of done anything to escape that missery. So skip forward to a cold december night, everything closed and streets empty. Im not religious but something happened that night. A black cat with completely filled bright red eyes walked towards me and i stupidly stuck out my arm to pet it. I joked and said out loud if u are the devil then i will do anything for a better life. And that was it, the cat bit me 3 times lightly in the arm and looked me straight in the eyes before walking away the direction it came from. At first i didnt really think about what happened. Alot of things changed very rapidly. I was hired at a commercial trading company even tho i was in no way qualified. I managed to quit smoking/drinking and was no longer a drug addict. A year an half later i was a changed person and i could finally face my family and friends again. I dont expect any answers but i just thought i would tell someone about it as im taking this secret to the grave.
Reminds me of the time i was walking home from the pub and found a strange-looking, dirty old lamp on the floor. I picked it up, looked inside and found nothing. So i threw it back down but my friend picked it up and began to clean it with the sleeve of his coat. He's now the wealthiest person in town with a stream of beautiful women at his beck and call and a fleet of fast cars. Still pops in the local, now and then, though.
I bought a bag of 'wonky beans' from Tesco. When I got them back home most had gone off so I threw them on the cmpost heap. A few weeks later this giant beanstalk started to grow and it got that big I had to send one of the teeangers from the village up it to see what was at the top. He came back, said there was nothing up there, but a few weeks later saw him driving an Aston Martin Vantage around the vilage.....strange that..
