Can anyone tell me how to contact amazon by email as their phone number on the customer service page is not connected? an email address would be appreciated. I have tried just .comuk but will not send. Thanks for any help. Not really sure where to ask this question.

Terrible - I try to keep away from Mr Bezos because things can go wrong and you pay and pay and pay

Thanks folks, bobbi, that is not the number I have but will try this one in the morning, and chelle7272 thanks, I will make a note of this. I've never had any trouble with them before but I suppose there is always a first time.

A little update on the amazon problem. The number Bobbisox1 gave me was the one I used and got through to, the agent was very helpful and now it's all sorted. Thanks bobbi and thanks to all who gave an input. Appreciated.x
