I think it is "what i like about you" by Lillax who are a band from America. The song is also featured in the film freaky friday who also features Lindsay Lohan. I am 100% sure

The song is on the Freaky Friday soundtrack and it will probably be on them Mean girls one too. The Freaky Friday soundtrack is really good and so is the film. You can by the CD from HMV.
