Artificial Grass Smell

I have had artificial grass for a few years. I asked the people who fitted it about having it with a dog. He said he had a labrador and no problem. I have a shih tzu and use a watering can everytime she wees but when it's hot it smells. I have bought all the proper cleaners but it doesn't get rid of it. Any suggestions. Please

Soap powder in hot water
