Sorry but i need to vent - i have just seen that stupid clover butter advert and i had to log in just to vent hoe much i hate it! If i dare mention it to my partner again i think he'll scream!!
My main question is why are all the people crying cause they are eating clover? is it that bad??
A teenage boy crying over a jacket potato, o woman in a caravan crying about a buttie - i'd be more upset that its ******* down outside and the nearest pub is a 20 minute uphill walk away!!
I just don't get it!! Who sat down and said 'hey, i've got a great idea for an advert - people crying whilst eating our product!!!'
I feel a bit better and slightly more like i can continue with my evening viewing of csi ! please someone agree with me and tell me i'm not goign crazy!!
suppose you can see it that way but i when i first saw it i thought he was upset, someone gave him clover and it made him happy as cheesy as that my sound, you can see one of them smiling but with a tear down his cheek so making it look that hes happier or whatever
I'm so glad others feel this way about this stoopid advert. Me and my daughter rant at each other the whole time its on. Why are they crying? Its butter for christs sake! I've never been reduced to tears by a dairy product, maybe I'm missing something.
I don't know any teenage lad who would cry over a baked spud, I think he's crying cos its only got manky butter on it, no cheese or beans. His mums a tight wad!
I'm glad I found an outlet for all this rage against the margarine.
hiya i thought it was a gay advert but they are crying as a joke. Its meant to be like clover makes you emotional when you have it! i think you should try and chill out about it lol.
Yup i hate the damn advert too. The tears rolling in to the mouth of the bloke as he eats his corn on the cob makes me gag everytime. Lol my husband laughs at me when it comes on and i think he is becoming worried as mayby im becoming obsessed with hating it so much. This sort of advert does not want me to ever purchase clover ever ever ever again. thinking of suing them for trauma
I'm so glad there are others who scream when this advert comes on - i was beginning to think i was alone especially when devilatwork gave me a rational thought on the advert.
i personally want to throw it all on the floor and jump on it when i see it in a supermarket!!
