youngmafbog, I have known victims of sexual abuse. They all react differently and cope in different ways.
Some do so by taking charge of their sexuality and embracing it. There is a world of difference between being abused and choosing to have sex and who with because you want to.
Some react in an entirely different way, shunning sex altogether. There is no right reaction, no right way of coping.

This woman says she is not going on Love Island but I wouldn't condemn her if she did.
