I’ve been to a wedding where they had a burger van and an ice cream van, in the early hours, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed after copious amounts of alcohol and dancing.
Christenings seem to get bigger and and bigger, and more and more complicated these days.

The only time it caused a slight problem was when the Boys Brigade was looking for new members and wouldn’t accept my two boys because they weren’t christened and didn’t go to Sunday school or church.
Their loss, Cubs gain :)
