Help please from fellow puzzlers

I would be pleased if anyone could help me, I put it in internet & Tec and had answer but had no luck,when tried to follow that, for about 3 weeks now have had trouble with homepage was yahoo/freeserve but now can't get anything says cant find server and most of all my 4 email sites cannot open any thing can read an email but any other ie opening a link comes cant find server, only access in from a little mag glass at bottom of screen had a desktop search symbol and now lost that have tried to restore to earlier date but can't get any date before this happened, how can I get rid of home page and install a fresh one ? any help appreciated tried tools internet options but no joy, and not able to open links like the times competitions, am fed up with it, had a bad time

Not an expert, but it sounds like you need to wipe your hard drive and re-install everything - but there again I could be completely wrong!

Can I suggest you post in here http://www.askhow.net I am sure you will get an answer. I have always found then very helpful.
