Dear Visa Officer,
I respectfully inform you that my study visa has been rejected by the German Embassy on 27th April 2021, on the basis of my doubts on the seriousness of my study intentions. I appealed, however, on 11th May 2021, and I have submitted a letter in which I explained, in detail, every point that was mentioned in my rejection letter, which is my reason for qualifying for the visa.
I should be grateful if you would reconsider my appeal, for the following reasons:
I have enrolled in my second semester, and my physical classes will begin in July. I have attached my presentation letter with this email.
• I participate regularly in my classes, and I regularly complete my assignment. I have attached my few assignments with this email.
• For the past three months, I have paid mawista health insurance, which is mandatory for students, and, over those past months, I have paid almost 100 Euros. I have attached the health insurance payment details with this email.
• I have paid my second-semester fees, and the proof is attached with this email.
• I have recently presented myself in my examination, and my result is attached with this email.
I am sincerely requesting a new decision, regarding my study visa application, and I also request that you please consider my appeal, and grant me a visa.
I hope for a positive response from you.
Regards,
Abc
