I can't get:

7d Chinese weaned off dairy and booze 4,3,6
It doesn't help that I don't know if 9a is inbuilt or builtin!
and 13d agreeing it's dear to acquire distressed denim 4-6.
I would give up altogether but it's not cocktail time yet!
