i'm training with a few friends to do a 10k run,but don't know how far we have ran... is there an easier way on the internet to give us a distance other than using a piece of string on a map!?

Try something like AA autoroute, it will calculate miles or Ks on set route between A & B

why dont you drive a route that you want to run in the car the distandce of 10k, whatever that is in miles... it wont be exact, or that accurate, but im sure neither is your string on a map either!!

type 'map my run' into google - it even tells you the calories you have burned
