I don't know if anyone will know what I'm talking about but here goes. You know when you're on holiday in Spain, well lots of the taps seem to have special water coming out of them. I mean the water comes out under good pressure, but when you wash your hands it doesn't splash all over, just follows the contours of your hands or whatever else you put under it. I've mentioned to people but no-one seems to know what I'm on about! It's like the water is aerated somehow (there's millions of tiny little bubbles in it). Does anyone know how this is achieved? Is it some insert in the tap nozzle? I want some of those taps!!!
I know what you're on about. I used hold my hands under taps for ages when first went to Germany with school and thought, when I grow up I want taps like that! I'm sort of grown up, now just got to get the hse.....lol
You are spot on it is to do with the aerator on the outlet of the tap there are a few about in england when buying a tap look for a fine metalic mesh in the water outlet most mid range to expensive good quality taps have them .
