Ps2 online..

So whats it like, i'm really tempted to buy one for the online experiance, i currently play BF2 on the pc online and find that to be awsome, how does the PS2 compare...

the ps2 online is good bf2 is ok not as good as the pc version but the ps2 has other game socom3 is always busy fifa 06 has a good commuinty and 07 is almost out timesplitters,need for speed you have a huge choice of online games for any game you like.

dont but a PS2
they are a bit outdated-though admittedly there is a good choice of games
if it is online play you are looking for then consider and xbox 360 or even the old xbox
better choice of online games and arguably a larger community experience
with the 360 you get "next-gen"graphics and with the box itself full integration into your wireless home network

I wouldnt bother, BF2 on the pc is about 1 million times better than anything on the PS my pc died a while so i had to play the PS mainly socom 3 which was as dead as... i used to play socom 2 which had much better gameplay, if your looking for the teamwork style play in BF2 id stick to it, unless you scream at the other players on socom they dont listen and run about getting themselves killed. i also played the star wars game when it came out on the PS and managed about 2 hours, if that!
