Thought this was Big Blue Sky by Rogere Gisbourne however further research indicate that its by a band called Plastiscene , possibly Big Wheel . Info and links to samples on this thread

The song that sounds like Manfred Mann's Pretty Flamingo is Big Wheel by Plastiscene to confirm the post above. However I've just seen anothe Monster advert that DOES use Do Ya by the ELO (as opposed to the superior Move version). Both can be sampled here
