Mystery Object. Please Help Identify...!

Anyone have any ideas what this is? It's about 3 inches/7.5cm across, and 2 inches/5cm high. Probably stainless steel.
A foot, a smiley, and lips on each 'foot'.

ink wouldn't work well with metal unless it was sticky printers type ink and then you'd have to whack it down hard enough to cause a bruise. It looks like a seal for using with sealing wax
