Does anyone know if the song off the Marks and Spencer's advert is a proper song or just made for the adverts?

If it is a real song, do you have the name for it? Thanks.

It'll be one of two songs. Either Santana - Samba Pa Ti or Fleetwood Mac - Albatross. M & S have used both
