Does Anyone Know Where You Can Donate

furniture, for free, i have good quality tables etc which are almost new.
There are 9 pieces, have tried my usual outlet, British Heart Foundation
but the earliest they can pick up is 12th August. It would have to be in London,
and pick up from my flat. I don't want to sell them either, but i am not going to
pay to have them taken away. Do you think the council would help?

LB, i read your link, i will keep it in case i can't put stuff together, thanks for all the replies, they were most helpful. Bright Sparks will collect on the 22nd, which is great, though i have been informed that the new stuff arrives possibly today, which is a week early, so that means lots of furniture to be stored in the flat for a week till the 22nd.
