Have you or anyone else you know ever complained to the ombudsman about the conduct of your local council, and if so was your complaint successful? Always me a big waste of time and effort with the likelihood of an unfavourable foregone conclusion, but am I wrong?
On receipt of the ombudsman’s ruling, I realised that I would not win the case even if I had the Pope, Jesus Christ and God Almighty all affirming that everything I said to be the truth.
So as far as the ombudsman was concerned, the matter ended at that point.
So you lost. If you are a Brexiteer, you will no doubt accept that you lost, and simply get over it. If you can't get over it, then I'm not sure what you can do. I suppose there may be a legal recourse, but that would involve loadsamoney. Perhaps best to let it go.
