Frustrated trying to download a bank statement today.
I need a bank statement urgently for some business.
No problem downloading from t'internet except it doesn't have our joint names on it doing it that way.

Frustrated..or frusterated as my nephew used to say.

Can you go into the account and change the name of the account. I can with my bank
