Bbc Quiz : Week 30

A fairly easy week, I think.

Several of the stories covered in the adult quiz have had quite a bit of prominence in the news media, which largely explains how I managed to achieve a decent score of FIVE out of seven. (i.e. I'd actually read some of the stories for once!).

The junior quiz is fairly easy too, as it includes a bit of general knowledge and some very simple maths. So I scored FOUR out of five.

I suspect that quite a few people will achieve maximum scores in one, or even both, quizzes this week. Will YOU be one of them, I wonder?

Poor showing on the so-called "easy" main quiz with 3/7 (saved by a Scratchy Bottom. Yet again), but the day was salvaged by my child-like knowledge with 5/5 on the kiddy's quiz.

Robbie's a guy, Campbellking. Male cats are generally far too lazy to do a lot of hunting. Girlie cats, such as my darling Tablo, dedicate their lives to it ;-)
