I only received this quiz 2 days ago, so isn't it a bit early to be asking for answers? Also, it is quite misleading, as the setter seems to have hyphenated 2 of the answers - words which to my knowledge are not two words and never have been, and, without a letter count, some answers are difficult to ascertain, as I have found to my cost, in previous quizzes.
