Greasy skin and spot breakouts
3 Answers
I am a 22 year-old man, working outside and eating a balanced diet.
My skin become greasy, I am getting a lot of blackheads on my nose and my skin is looking shiny and lumpy overall, coming out with patches of swollen pores and I'm worried it's going to break out into spots. I have about seven small ones at any one time.
I wash twice a day with Biactol from Clearasil, is this perhaps the wrong stuff?

Try Panoxyl - your GP can prescribe it, but the chemist said it was cheaper to buy it over the counter. It'll calm down the breakout and dry your skin out.
A lot of people think a high dairy intake can be responsible. Drink lots of water regularly. If it doesn't subside, it may be hormonal - so see your doctor.
