We have just purchased a new Sat Nav and we used it to travel from Huddersfield to North Wales Last week. We used M62 and other motorways. However, our lady looking after us kept coming up with WARNING, BRISTONE, BRISTOW, or a word which sounds similar. We have no clue as to what this means. Any help would be appreciated, thankyou.

Can you change the voice? Mine can. You might understand that one
Something about a Bridge?
I have a TomTom sat nav; Danger Zones and Risk Zones are only announced in France because it is illegal to announce speed cameras. They are accompanied by a symbol on the map and the side-bar. In other countries speed cameras are announced. Mind you, if you went from Huddersfield to North Wales via France you either chose the scenic route or need more time to get used to your sat-nav.
Did you actually encounter any problems en route?
