Some of the contestants are obviously on day release from mental asylums. Lots of the others are just plain immature people. 'Pleeeaase Simon!!' they sob and wail 'I have always always wanted to be famous all my life' - celebrity culture at its very worst. They all want to be stars of course, but few of them have any musical knowledge, few have put in any work or made any sacrifice..Put them in front of a keyboard and they wouldnt have a clue what it was! No piano lessons after school for this lot! All they can do is cry like the babies they are.

Do you really think they simply walk in and confront them....yeah yeah of course they do...it's not scripted at all...and of course they could never possibly be told to go in just to provide some entertainment...no no that could never happen could it???...x

thers no need to be rude about it. whether its staged or not, i still dont like it. the people who do it are blatantly the ones who would do it of their own accord not because they were told. so it doesnt matter either way.

i wasnt being rude, just realistic....Do you really believe that people would simply be allowed to walk in when ever they feel like it?... i don't think so....i would imagine the security arrangements are rather stricter than you are led to believe....x

you've just claimed that the tv show likes people to get angry so they arent going to say to an upset mother no no you cant go in their and make a fool of yourself. instead we shall just ask some other people to go in and pretend to shout. im not naive about what the process is. to be honest i dont care that much, i watch the show regardless :)

the families are merely allowed to 'accidentally on purpose' get past security for a moment or two - just enough time for them to say their piece.
