Does anyone else have this problem? I can no longer sleep on either of my sides or stomach. If i sleep on my sides, my arm im laying on goes numb. If i lay on my stomach both of my shoulders hurt. It drives me absolutely nuts.

think its time for a nice new soft comfy mattress with a six inch top layer of latex rubber.

might do the trick.
I have managed to trap a nerve in my shoulder by lying on my side with my arm at what I thought was a comfortable angle.

I do havea fairly new mattress (within the last 3 years) and its a pillowtop.
I had the same problem for years and also changed my mattress then added a memory foam 3 inch thick topper....
It could be that you are tense when you fall to sleep and keep that same tense position through the night without realising it.
Try some relaxation breathing, or just some music you like to relax to, before you go to sleep and dont watch the news before you go to bed....good luck
My hubby used to wake up every morning feeling achy & stiff (not that stiff lol). And he snored like a pneumatic drill. Since last Friday he`s been using a memory pillow & has woken up feeling refreshed & no aches. His snoring has also stopped. First good night sleep for us both in YEARS.
