I have been in my job in a college for a week and it's the wrong role for me I got refered from an agency and it's called centre work which I didn't know I thought it was an admin assistant. I don't think staying there will do my mental health any good do I go in tomorrow or just call my agent first and say what they say?

Tell your agent that the job is not suitable.

Tell your agent that the job is not suitable.
Often a new job can be intimidating but in time things get much easier as you get used to it. I would go in with an open mind - tell yourself it's not for ever and you can leave at any time if you really cannot adjust. Best of luck.
Call centre work is not for everyone .

Your every move is timed and monitored - even going for comfort breaks
Hand on your notice, giving a least a week. They may give you a reference. You didn't last long in your last job either did you?
You're obviously not asking the right questions before you take up a role. Next time ask for a job description up front.
You say it is call centre type work,, yet you also say it is a college.

At this time of the year it is expected that colleges will be making and receiving more calls, offering places to prospective studentsa and dealing with those considring applying.

Come results day there will be more calls - students who have not got the grades they expected or need will be panicking and contacting the college about their applications.

Ask the other staff if what you are doing is the norm or what else the job involves.
