I don’t have a printer, can I show the email receipt from a Passenger Locator Form on my mobile phone, when we get to the airport, and can I use my phone to for my husband’s form as well, as he doesn’t have a mobile? Also do we need a PCR test each way, and how do I find out where to get these done? And how do we get the results to show, again, at airport? Thanks all, so confusing for me.

Google PCR test in my area, Call, book an appointment and they will tell you where and how to get the results
You normally need a PCR test while away, 3 days before departure, and to have booked a PCR test for day 2 after your return.
The essential info on the form will be the booking info for the return test. Your return address presumably will be your home address and the test you had while away should have given you am “all clear” certificate anyway
Which country are you travelling from and have yous both had both jags?
Eire, it would seem. So in fact you need to fill in forms BEFORE you go.
No need for tests if double jabbed.
And this also applies on return.
I read it as the travel being to the ROI, not from it.
Yes. You need to fill in a form as stipulated by the Irish government
She was on about downloading the NHS App the other day so that suggests she is going to the ROI from England.
Yes that’s right so hence the question about the form, which is different apparently from the UK one.
So my post at 16.40 is inaccurate/irrelevant
If it is England and both have had all the jags they needed, no PCR tests will be required.
As long as they have proof of having had all the required jags.
