Butter tin foil, squeeze lemon juice grated pepper. Wrap salmon in foil. Place in pan of cold water with knob of butter and lemon juice. Bring to boil. Cooked
I bake it...or any fish fillets...in parchment paper. Olive oil, lemon slices, chilli, a few capers, salt and pepper. 20 minutes or so will do thick fillets.
