Now that I can easily believe.

Bees finding a source of food and finding an obstacle are quite likely to explore if the obstacle can be moved or not, as these two did, making it look as though they are actually unscrewing the bottle top, which clearly they would not do.
Very intelligent animals are bees. If it wasn't for bees we would not have Honey Nut Cornflakes. There are far more intelligent than dogs.
I don;t think you can compare animal intelligence and insect intelligence, they are far too different.

Insects can work together in mass numbers, not not individually, with mammals, it's the opposite, so you cannot say that a bee is more intelligent that a dog, it's not a valid comparison on my view.
All animals are more intelligent than humans... we just aren't clever enough to work out how.
