I wonder how many instances there are where no contestant reached the final chase

I have seen a few where a lone contestant beat the chaser. One women won £50000 pounds. It is quite rare though.
Again, I have also seen a few where no contestant gets through to the final chase and the contestants came back. Of these, I have seen a couple where their nominated contender beat the chaser and they won £1000 each.

Good question I've watched alot of them as they are repeated quite often and I've never seen or read in papers or social media that a contestant won
