Change Of Address And Renew Uk Driving Licence

I have recently moved home and need to change details on my driving licence, when checking I also noted that the licence was out of date.
I have tried a few times online to do this but I keep getting rejected, saying the details on my licence, old postcode, licence number etc, are incorrect, I've also tried a few times to phone them but keep getting the automated 'We're too busy to take your call' message and then they hang up!
Does anyone know of any other way I can renew and change address, a form i can fill in and send off or any other way, thanks in advance.

My husbands licence needed renewing in August-although it was more expensive he did it at the post office. They took the photo and sent it off (cost £21.50). We expected a long wait but 5 working days later the new licence arrived!!
