When a football player is injured (or feigns to be) he lies on the ground & is attended to by medics - I've never heard anyone say he's having an unfair advantage by having a nice little lie-down while the others have to stand.
This is as petty as that would be.

It was the umpire who ordered the match to be halted for medical attention. It would have been halted whether Ms Raducanu asked for it or not because them's the rules.
