Er...what money would that be then? The country (UK) as a whole is in debt to the tune of around £2,000bn (+/- a little bit - full details are hard to come by). There is currently no "joint fund". All there is is a joint debt and if my calculations are right, Scotland's share of that debt is about £160bn.
