Hi, tearing my hair out... is there any easy software (preferably free and without Watermarks) that will convert a PPT with voiceover to video format for upload to Youtube. Computer has Windows 8, and the PPT is a college assignment that must be uploaded to Youtube. All advice appreciated, please.

Thanks Lie In King, but didn't work... I tried a few options from web, but none without big dirty watermark in middle. This is assessment project, so need to be as good as possible. Goodnight (and thank you).
Hi balliali - sorry it was no help. I've never used Powerpoint so am essentially useless here, but I'm certain there are ABers that can help.

I'd check back tomorrow & if you've not had any success, bump the thread back into Latest Posts.

Good luck :-)
Has your college (or a friend) got Powerpoint 2010 (or later)?

If so, use it to open your Powerpoint 2007 file and then export it as a .wmv file

which is a supported format for Youtube:

Thanks to you both...after a sleepless night, I got up early, saved the PPT, did a voice over for each individual slide (10 voiceovers), saved them in Windows Media player.... imported each slide, one by one, to Windows Movie Maker, added and tweaked the voiceover files, one by one, and converted it to a Video, ready for uploading to Youtube. OK, not great quality given the time constraints, but fulfils the brief.... a podcast!!! And I have learned a bit of techie stuff along the way. Thanks for your help...mission accomplished.
Method 1 - Convert PowerPoint 2007 to Video with Windows Movie Maker
Since it is not possible to export video formats directly from PowerPoint 2007, you can save each slide as .jpg or .png image files and then import them into Windows Movie Maker to convert to video.

Method 2 - Convert PowerPoint 2007 to MP4 in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010/2013/2016
PowerPoint 2010/2013/2016 are more powerful, for another, they will be downward compatible with PowerPoint 2007. This means that you can import PPT created in PowerPoint 2007 on the new version, and then convert it to video.
