What happens if you pass milk through a water filter ? What do you get out ?

It removes ions (charged particles) in water that, if precipitated out, form limescale. So the milk would have the same ions removed, assuming it interacts with the filter in the same way. Given that milk is a vital source of calcium, and the ion exchange resin will remove calcium ions, it's probably not a good idea, but I'd be interested to see your results if you try it.
