How do I contact the editor re a problem with my ac?? Is there an email. I sent a question and received an answer saying it would be passed to a member of the team but have heard nothing back yet? Thank you in advance.

I've a feeling that there's probably no difference between using the 'Contact Us' link at the foot of the page and using the Ed's actual email address. (i.e. your message ends up in the same inbox anyway).

However, if you want to try an email to the Ed, the address is
theeditor-AT-theanswerbank.co.uk (replacing -AT- with @, of course)
