New Suite

Well have started the ball rolling - how far it will go I don't know. But I have visited an upholsterer and showed him the photo of what I wanted - he says he could give me what I basically wanted ie (the puffy arms) and we'll see about the rest as in design in photo - which I'm not fussed about.. foam filled cushions and whatever else.

I got a lovely feeling from him (not personally) LOL but a nice man. He is coming next week to sorta measure up the room. So here goes.

I also said if and when we agree - how long would it take to make and he said 8 weeks so I'm pleased with that. Hope I do like what I'm doing.

well a wee update on my "woke" suite which has not woken yet LOL.

I first posted here on 17 August and whilst I really find the wee man/owner extremely personable and pleasant - he hasn't visited me to measure up.

I gave him a couple of weeks and rang him last week - he answers right away and says - oh would you ring me tomorrow and remind me - I do that and he has said the same thing - you know I was to ring him today about 4 pm and because of the scenario - I couldn't be bothered.

Would you give up too - like ringing like that.

I still like that suite in Scotland and have also got van and driver who will pick it up in Glasgow and deliver it to my door. But it is thinking will it be a mistake.
