morning all, the weekend is here at last. If you are working today i hope it goes quickly and that you don't work too hard, and those not working enjoy your day.

morning Eleanor, pain relief doesn't work, i have codeine, which makes me drowsy for one thing. i have paracetamols but they aren't strong enough, i need to see, talk to the GP to formulate a plan of action, i can't ignore the problem any longer.
