Signal Error

Just loaded genuine shop bought game for my daughter( Pippa Funnell The Stud Farm Inheritance). The game seems to have installed OK but I get an error message top right of screen saying, Signal Error Analog fH: 53.5kHz fV:84.8Hz and the bottom line is in red and flashes. ??????????

Do you meet the requirements ?

It says it needs a 3D Graphics card with 32Mb of memory.

Also needs Direct X version 9 software (which is free from Microsoft)

It also needs a sound card

Do you have all those ?

Yes it is on PC. How do I check what video card I have? DirectX 9 is on the CDrom so that is installed. The monitor(EIZO FlexScan L367)works perfectly well at other times. Tried to download manual from EIZO website but couldn't.Intel Extreme Graphics 2 is installed on my PC do settings need changing in this? Thanks for the info already received.
