Chris I am tearing my pink hair out here, I have AVS on my computer and I am trying to convert an IFO file to an MP4 and it's coming up error when I try, I think it was originally save to Power DVD, any hepl would be greatly appreciated

I've never heard of AVS (although Google has just told me what it is).
Further, I can't recall encountering the IFO file format before either.
However Google (or, more specifically, my link here) suggests that you can't convert an IFO file to MP4 because it doesn't contain any video data. All it contains is the 'indexing' information used on a DVD. You need the associated VOB file (which holds the actual video content) to convert to an MP4 one:
