Has anyone else got a JML juicer and do they find it is really messy afterwards? - and yet in the video it was like no mess at all.

thanks for that - when Dad bought it (in Robery Dyers) he was told they are selling like hot cakes - but as Das said there were loads of them sitting there mmm.
have bought 2/3 items from the jml rang all crap none work wouldnt waste your money
Do not think it's fair on JML, I have bought their slicer and level and both are just as good as they say. Bearing in mind a supposed 'pukka' slicer would have cost me 40 instead of 10. cheers Hard@it
Juicers aways need a lot of cleaning, The adverts always show the bin thing at the back which holds the discarded pulp but internally there is always stuff all over the place.
Question Author
yeah, its a bit of a con as if you watch the JML video its all clean and a little bag collects (dried pulp). Well thats a load of %^%^& as (1) the disgarded pulp is like mash and (2) the whole insides of the appliance looks like something has been blown up in it and for 50 thats a lot of money.

Hello Surreygirl30
Sorry about the problems you are having with your JML juicer I certainly am not having any problems with mine it is working perfectly. I only assume You must be perhaps doing something not quite right or maybe you are wanting it to get done to quickly You know the age old saying
Patience is a virtue. Maybe you should watch the video again and see if you have missed out any information that maybe causing this to happen. But of course it this just might be a human error. Wishing You sucessful juicing with your JML Juicer. Cheers Bottoms Up

thanks for the reply and yes i am doing eveything by the book - and no i am not rushing things either. However, this morning we noticed a rubber part fall off - i think we have been sold a dud. Can i ask you when you take the lid off do you have loads of mush inside and do you find the left over pulp to be soggy rather that (as stated) in the video dry?
Hello Surreygirl30
Sorry You are still having problems with your JML Juicer. As You seem to be concerned about the consistancy of the waste in your Juicer surely this doesnt matter if You are getting some juice from it. You say a piece of rubber has fallen off You or your Father havent been trying to fix it yourself cos if you did you are no longer covered with any guarantee that was left on you Juicer making it impossible for You to return it as a faulty juicer to Robert Dyas now. Just by chance you are not overloading it with your fruits and vegs are You? I wish You luck with your juicer. If You take it back to Robert Dyas please let us know how You get on .

no not over loading it - only put in two tomatoes and some radish, bit of lemon. Thanks for your help and no found the rubber fell off this morning - so just left it and will ring up JML on the number on the box - see what they suggest. Maybe Roberty Dyers will swap it over. i have a friend who says he has one and he hasnt had any problems - so i do think we may have just been a bit unlucky and got one with a fault. thanks for the reply :-)
