What Formula Do I Use?

A certain water tower is placed so that the top of the water is a height of 100 m above the town below. The tower has a circular cross-section of radius 2 m, and the air above is kept at atmospheric pressure. A faucet is open in town, and the faucet has a radius of 0.75 cm. How fast is the water travelling out of the faucet?
I know this has to do with Bernoulli's Equation but not sure where to go from there.

I think it would depend on the diameter and length of the pipework conecting tower to faucet (tap in UK English).
I think the speed of the tap outflow would be due to a combination of static head and velocity head (look them up!).
