Nero Malfunction

I have been using Nero to convert CD tracks to MP3's to transfer to an MP3 player. It has worked for a while, but now says 'Unable to start job', but it doesn't advise why, or what to do about it.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Nero, and it hasn't corrected the problem, can anyone help please?
