hi Bobbs - I had great diffs with getting SkyQ with emails not being responded to - I then got a good email from the customer manager (I think) - this is the number

Andreena is her name if she is still there. Anyway if you get through to this number and it is not right - they can give you the correct one. Good luck Bobbs and rememeber to let us know.

When you call them there is a menu to choose and one of them is 'I'm thinking of leaving'. When you choose that you get onto a dedicated line where they have been trained to stop you leaving. I know this because ours went up to £80 a few months ago and by calling them I got it down to £55. I can only assume you chose the wrong option and suggest you try again. 0333 7591 018
Redhelen: I was coming to the end of the contract, that's why they wanted to up my subscription. I just said I was going with BT and they did me a good deal. I have in the past asked to change my subscription details because it was getting too pricey, and again, they did me a deal by cancelling the current subscription and starting another at a lower price. Frankly I don't believe Sky could not care a less, because they get intense training in keeping customers. Hopefully the OP will get back to us having had such sterling advice lol!
