There is a lot of anti-muslim feeling here on AB, and also some anti-christian feeling. I'd be interested to hear from muslims who have thoughts on this.

Naomi, yes I am off to Istanbul but I have already been there twice. I have visited most of the known places there.

keyplus this is not aimed at you, just an observation relating to the OP, Islam: There is now an enquiry today in France about the Bataclan murders & recently there was also the 20 year commemoration of the N.N. twin towers & related attacks.
To anyone who had been out of the loop or are quite young, all the reporting by all the main stream media avoids stating clearly the ideology behind these atrocities, they have both (& Manchester)been referred to simply as "Terror attacks" when in fact the perpetrators are, and should be named as, Islamic fundamentalist jihadists.
