What Does This Mean And Does He Like Me

Ok so there is a boy at work that I think is cute and I think likes me. I was sitting down and he was passing by like coming towards me and I felt him looking at me. Then I was walking after work and I saw him in his car and he was acting like he was minding his own business and I felt like he was aware of me. Then I sat down and he was passing and I was looking at him and we became aware of each other and I think I acted like I looked away but it was weird and awkward to break the glance so he noticed I think and smiled a little but didn’t smile like he was strange. I was sitting down one time and he noticed me looking at him I think and he was minding his own business while I was sitting doing my thing and he acted like an individual and I was doing night shift and he noticed I think and I haven’t seen him at work for a couple of days and then he showed up to work the same night or time to work as me I think but he didn’t look at me when he arrived to work sitting in his car . Then I was sitting I want to avoid him at work because I feel like Things have gotten awkward and I feel like I ruined it for him. What do you think of this situation and what should I do?
