Is it true if you get pinged on track and trace you don’t have to isolate if you have been double jabbed

That's right but you should take a test

Thanks this is what I thought. Bit confused though I was pinged on my flight back from Spain filled the form in and it asked me to self isolate even thought I stated and gave dates of my vaccines

Check the government website, you should get a pcr test though not a lateral flow.
