How would you treat a psychopath in general if you knew for sure he is a psychopath

You haven't told us what situation we are in or how we know that you/he is a psychopath.

You might not always, bobbi. I've only looked after about 3 or 4 properly diagnosed... and every one of them was exceptionally intelligent, charming, polite and a pleasure to be with.
The pre-info is helpful to have in the back of your mind, but doesn't necessarily mean much.

There are non-violent psychopaths but they would probably be considered odd or different, not quite fitting in.
James Fallon is a neuroscientist and professor of psychiatry(probably retired now) who happens to be a psychopath, he recognises that he enjoys taking risks a little too much. He has written a book "The Psychopath Inside: A Neuroscientist's Personal Journey Into the Dark Side of the Brain".
Had he not been in that profession it is probable he would never have been diagnosed.

Less than a third are female, but often far more violent. So, it could just be the ways of testing and diagnosis.
